Our Story
After years of working inside the elevator industry, we saw the same frustrations over and over: poor communication, frequent turnover, hidden costs, and customers who felt like they were being treated like account numbers instead of valued partners.
One of the biggest things we noticed was how often customers simply weren't kept in the loop. We saw how frustrating it could be when communication broke down—missed calls, unanswered questions, changing points of contact, and surprises along the way.
We also saw an industry where upselling and unclear pricing could make it difficult for building owners and property managers to know what they actually needed—and what they didn't.
We knew there was a better way, so we built it. Sheric Elevator was founded right here in York, PA to provide a locally-owned alternative focused on honest communication, transparent pricing, and dependable service.
